- All material is dipped in both hydrofluoric and chromate for maximum protection from the external elements
- Stainless 3/16 fixings are used where possible as preferred
- Our TIG welding is classed as a extremely high standard therefore all welds are kept on the finished surface ensuring a sign of quality and strength
- All top caps are tig welded using 3mm 5083 plate (not plastic knock in caps)
- We use a minimum of 3mm wall on all our SHS and RHS (frames and posts)
- Quality workmanship from start to finish is our greatest asset
- TIG welding all raw materials ensuring consistent heat transfer and penetration
